Vidya Wires IPO, a IPO of ₹300.01 Cr opens for subscription from December 3, 2025 to December 5, 2025. The IPO consists of ₹274.00 Cr fresh issue and ₹26.01 Cr offer for sale.
The face value of each share is 1, and the price band is set between 48.00-52.00 per share.
The tentative listing date on the exchange (BSE, NSE) is December 10, 2025.
Vidya Wires manufactures winding and conductivity products used in important industries such as energy generation and transmission, electrical systems, electric motors, clean energy, electric mobility, and railways. Its product range includes enameled wires, copper strips, paper-insulated conductors, busbars, bare copper conductors, PV ribbons, and aluminium paper-covered strips.
It is the 4th largest manufacturer in India with a 5.7% market share in FY25 (CareEdge Report). Since starting in 1981, the company has expanded its operations and built a strong position in the industry. Its current installed capacity is 19,680 MT per year, and plan to increase this to 37,680 MT per year by adding a new 18,000 MTPA unit at Narsanda, Gujarat, under our subsidiary ALCU Industries Private Limited.
Its capacity utilisation has grown from 70.31% in FY23 to 94.51% in the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Production volumes increased by 29.23% over the last three years—from 13,415 MT in FY23 to 17,338 MT in FY25.
It is a pre-approved suppliers to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and are UL-certified, enabling us to export magnet wires to the USA. Its facilities in Anand, Gujarat, offer convenient access to major ports like Hazira and Mundra for imports and exports.
The company has a diverse customer base—318 customers in Q1 FY26 and over 450 customers in previous years—with no single customer contributing more than 9% of our annual revenue. Its sales cover both domestic and international markets, including over 19 customers across 18 countries in 5 continents.
